I did the Clifs of Moher and the Giants causeway tours and it was amazing. The Guides were very friendly and with a great sense of humour. They explain a lot of the history and the ireland culture. It's a good way to know more about Ireland.

The Giants causeway is truly one of Ireland’s best natural wonders. Formed by volcanic eruptions over 50 million years ago, the lava cooled rapidly forming over 40,000 interlocking basalt columns. Most noteworthy The Giants causeway is the best example of this type of rock formation in the world. TESTIMONIALS: Giant's Causeway Day Trip
“Excellent trip with lovely and knowledgeable guide and driver”
RB Collection Travel Agency booked a tour to the Giant's Causeway for my relatives and I and it was far better than expected. I've always been worried about motion sickness but there was no problem at all.
We took the coach in Dublin and out Guide Louise came to fetch us at the meeting point at the right time. Louise was very organised and informative. She is also very experienced and knowledgeable as well as Larry the driver.
We started the journey in Dublin and Louise and Larry explained the history behind the buildings and places we were going to visit. For those into "Game of Thrones" there were the "Dark Hedges" as well as the other filming locations and the excitement of the hanging bridge. They also took us to Belfast on the way back for an hour or so and we were very grateful they waited for us as we got a little confused with the return time.
All in all it was a very nice trip made more enjoyable thanks to the care and attention of Larry and Louise.
“Giant's Causeway Tour”
Our guide, Leo, really made this trip for us. He was extremely knowledgable and, in my opinion played the best music. We took his advice and did the Black Cab Tour in Belfast and thoroughly enjoyed learning the conflicted history of this city. The Causeway and the other sites were wonderful, as well. I highly recommend making the trip up to Northern Ireland, if possible. This was our fourth bus tour with this company and, by far, this was our favorite. Thank you for the wonderful trip, Leo!
“GIANT'S CAUSEWAY IS WELL WORTH THE TIME”
Our driver/tour guide, Bud, was a high point for me - his commentary, a combination of history, philosophy and humor made a very long ride very enjoyable - the Northern Ireland coast is stunningly beautiful - also the addition of some Game of Thrones filming locations was an added bonus for GoT fans
“Great tour to Giant's Causeway”
My friend and I went on the Giant's Causeway tour, and it did not disappoint. Our guide shared with us little bits of history about the place while interjecting them with folk legends, which definitely prevented things from being too dry. The sights were stunning too - the Dark Hedges (really cool especially if you're a Game of Thrones fan), Carrick-a-Rede bridge and Giant's Causeway were definitely a highlight. Belfast was a little underwhelming for me, but that might be due to the fact that we went on a Sunday, and most shops there were closed. Overall a must-do day trip if you're in Dublin!
Best Tour/Guide to Belfast and Giants Causeway from Dublin!!
My husband and I went on the Belfast/Giant's Causeway tour through Extreme Ireland last Friday with a tour guide named Bud, and he was the sweetest, friendliest, most welcoming guy we met! It was our first time in Ireland, and he truly made us feel so included and welcomed. The tour was about 13-14 hours long in total and it was totally worth every penny. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the country and its history, and he encouraged us to ask questions. Even though it was a long tour, I felt like it was totally worth it especially since you could take a nap in the comfy tours during the longer legs of the trip. Overall, I'd recommend this tour and company in a heart beat. Specifically, I'd ask for the tour guide Bud if you can- I promise he will show you a good time!
“Access to all the highlights in Ireland”
We chose two different trips from Irish Day Tours (Cliffs/Galway & Giants Causeway/Belfast) and were lucky enough to have Bud as our driver on both days. We had a brand new bus on both trips and the seats were comfortable and roomy- be prepared for a long drive and bring a neck pillow and water, but other than that, we were just fine. The bus was on time and everyone that worked for the company was friendly and accommodating. Absolutely no issues! Loved the stops along the way and the lunch options were wonderful!! I would maybe ditch Galway and include the castle or caves instead on the Cliffs tour, but other than that-- love!
Bud was fantastic! We truly lucked out. He told us stories the entire way and kept us engaged and smiling. We even had the pleasure of hearing him sing some Irish music. Seriously, he was wonderful, caring, and warm. He gave us the insider scoop in Dublin and at each place we stopped. Thank you Bud!
