The Gravedigger Tour

Ghost bus

DEPARTURE TIME : 7:45pm ( Arrive 10 mins before )

DEPARTURE LOCATION : College Green, ( The Gravedigger sign post outside Ulster Bank )

PRICE : €25 Per Person

INCLUDED : The price of this Ghost bus tour includes a FREE GHOULISH DRINK at the Gravediggers Pub, and a FREE HAUNTED HISTORY DUBLIN WALKING TOUR (taken separately) , normally €13 Euros alone.

The best ghost bus tour starts at Trinity College where your guide will transport you back some 600 years ago to when the old Augustinian Priory and of course the plague house were there. The latter of which the guide is all too familiar with…

But just ignore the coughing and listen to his tales of a plague-ravaged Dublin.

– Hear an account of plague victims trying to soothe their wounds in the waters of the city’s drinking supplies.

– Learn about the mayors schemes to try and keep the disease at bay

– And discover the fates of all those poor souls who found themselves infected with the disease. Many were ostracised, but some suffered an end much, much worse.

Many believed that the plague was the end of days, but the history of Dublin and its horrors continued.

Join your guide as he takes you through the weird and wonderful events that have taken place in times gone by, unearthing legends and ghosts from Dublin’s past.

“Extremely enjoyable ghost bus Tour, funny and scary too.”

Really enjoyed the tour on sun 13th! A lot of fun frights, laughter and ghoulish Dublin history ably supplied and acted out by Aiden and the girl actress with him whose name escapes me. A definite must see if you like the more ghoulish and ghostly side of the fair city. I really recommend it.

This tour was a great way to end my Dublin Holiday, as I took it on my last night here. The actors are so funny and great at what they do. The stories they tell and sites visited are awesome. I highly recommend this tour.

“Hilarious entertainment”

This tour is a must do when you visit Dublin! The guys who take the tour are the greatest performers, they really do get into their roles and make you feel like you are actually there!
Absolutely incredible tour and filled with loads of facts but make it the fun way everyone on the trip seemed to enjoy it! And you finish the tour with a lovely pint on Guinness in a lovely local pub! Absolutely brilliant way to spend an evening in Dublin!

What an amazing night a spooky tour through Dublin's' haunted past. The two actors kept us entertained & a little frightened. Highly recommend this tour.

“You'll "dig" it!!!”

The only thing I disliked about this tour was the weather. It was cold the evening we went. Otherwise, I highly recommend it. The gentlemen (one on the bus and one at some locations) were very entertaining and kept my attention the whole time (not an easy task!) I attended with three other friends that enjoyed themselves as well... Five stars aren't enough for these guys!!!

“Best Ghost Tour I have Ever Done”

5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 December 2012

I have done ghosts tours in every country I have ever visited and this one is by far my favourite. The boys who do the tour are so funny, they must be professional stand up comedians I think! There were a few screams too during the night which I wasn't really expecting. The atmosphere was just perfect. I am hoping to plan a private party for next Halloween with work so I'll hopefully see you guys again!
