On the Premium tour, you will have a chance to fully experience the site by taking in dramatic vistas at the top of the cliffs and board a boat tour beneath the cliffs. You will have the chance to see an impressive and well-preserved ring fort, as well as megalithic ruins. Take a little time to visit he visitor’s center to grab a delicious meal and watch a short presentation about the cliffs and surrounding area!

The Burren is a beautiful region that reminds many visitors of a lunar landscape.   Experience the command a farmer has over his trusty sheep dog with an exhilarating sheep dog demonstration.  Watch him skillfully direct a flock of sheep around the field.  The farmer will give you an insight into the training sheep dogs and knowledge about sheep farming as a profession in Ireland.

Note that during the winter months we will go to the world famous Ailwee Caves instead of the boat cruise and we will also visit a 5000yr old burial site at Poulnabroune Dolmen. ( Nov – Mar )

We meet at the Molly Malone statue on Suffolk Street (map is linked on our booking page). You’ll board our comfortable coach, meet your legendary guide and fellow adventurers, then head west out of Dublin. There are quaint villages, lush countryside, and even some castle ruins to see as we head towards the west of Ireland. You'll be crossing the width of Ireland this morning!

Arriving at Caherconnell Fort, you will have the opportunity to stroll around this well preserved ring fort and take in its ancient history. If you’re lucky, you might see a few archaeologists around unearthing more secrets of the fort. Next to the fort you will have the opportunity to experience a sheep dog demonstration by the local farmer and learn all about sheep farming in Ireland.  Watch these amazing dogs weave and turn the flock at the farmers wish.

12:50 pm: LUNCH - Doolin

It's time for lunch, so we head to Doolin - a beautiful village famed for its traditional music on the edge of the Atlantic. We usually go to Fitzpatrick’s Pub where the seafood is particularly good. If you like seafood, the food should leave you very satisfied. Don’t worry if you are not a fan of seafood, there are plenty of other options available. (lunch not included)

After lunch we head to Doolin harbour just a couple of minutes away with towering views of the Cliffs of Moher at sea level. We will board our trusty vessel and take a boat ride along the base of the cliffs for 1 hour taking in spectacular cliff views from the ocean! The cliffs rise high above you – imposing natural formations surrounded by the dramatic and lush landscape that Ireland is known for.

Now you will get to walk the cliff tops to view the Cliffs of Moher from its iconic standpoint. You will have access to the visitors centre to learn about the history of the local area, the flora, fauna and geology. The Cliffs Of Moher is Ireland’s most popular natural site and once you stand looking at this awesome natural wonder you’ll understand why!

After your amazing adventure to the edge of the world and back, you can reminisce about your wonderful day back in Dublin. If you would like to explore more of the emerald isle and it's natural and cultural treasures, you can take a look at
